Laboratory R + D + I Department

Our laboratories have the capability of product testing, quality control, research, development and innovation. Where the R & D for new products is a close collaboration between our lab, sales and marketing departments.

The laboratory equipment, the measuring equipment and the verification of production are patterned and certified.

Quality and Certification System

  • We are certified under the NTC (Colombian Technical Standard) ISO 9001 Standard 2008 byICONTEC.
  • Our Quality Management System and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)ensures excellent quality in all our processes and products.
  • Internationally certified as an external manufacturer for Kraft Foods, verification performed through periodical International Audits to our Quality Management System.
  • All our processes are regulated under the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) ensuring the safety of our products.
  • We have trained professionals in the area of food and quality control.
  • The Quality System, based on GMP and HACCP, for the company was audited and certified by Corporate Quality Assurance Management Kraft Foods Peru, in April/2004 and in 2006, and by Global Quality Audit Kraft Foods Mexico, in October/2009.
