Laboratory and R & D + I area

We have a laboratory for testing and quality control where research is carried out to develop new products together with the marketing and sales area.

Laboratory equipment such as production measurement and verification are patterned and certified.

System of Quality and Certifications

• Certificates under the FSSC 22000 Version 4.
• Certificates Internationally as an external manufacturer of MONDELEZ, verification carried out through periodic International Audits to our Quality Management System.
• All our processes are governed by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), guaranteeing the safety of our products.
• Our Quality Management System and Risk Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) guarantee an excellent quality in all our processes and products under the requirements of our clients.
• We have trained professionals in the area of ​​food and quality control.
• The Quality System based on BPM and HACCP of the company was audited and certified by the Corporate Quality Asset Management MONDELEZ Peru, in April / 2004 and in 2006 and by Global Quality Audit Kraft Foods Mexico, in October / 2009.
